1. DO YOU ALSO SHIP ABROAD?

Yes, we ship our products worldwide with parcel tracking to ensure reliable and tracked delivery.

2. HOW MUCH ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

Delivery costs are free for all orders over 30 euros in Metropolitan France.
For other countries, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination. You will be able to see the exact shipping cost when you checkout.

3. WHAT ARE THE PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of validation.
Delivery times are as follows:

• Europe : 2 to 4 weeks
• International : 2 to 4 weeks

10. I received a damaged/defective item, what should I do?

We apologize for this inconvenience. Please contact us, explaining the problem and sending a photo of the defective product. We will find a solution to your satisfaction as soon as possible.

11. I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Yes, you can benefit from our Money Back Guarantee within 14 days of receiving your order. Return unopened products to us and we will refund you in full.
